Serving the aerospace, space, defense, clean energy, medical and commercial industries, officers at MachineWorks Manufacturing have more than 65 years of combined experience in machining and manufacturing and have the know-how to produce quality precision components that meet or exceed standards and are delivered on-time.     

Our expertise allows us to provide fast turn-around times using high-precision machining of medium-complexity parts holding tight tolerances of up to .0005” while maintaining pristine finishes.  We specialize in quality over quantity – we don’t specialize or take on large production runs, we prefer the smaller runs, which keep our quality paramount and allows us to shift and produce more adeptly when the need arises.

Lathe machining is what MachineWorks Manufacturing is best know for. We have nine CNC lathes and can manufacturer up to 10" chuck size.  Our current capabilities, on our lathes, we can turn up to 12 inches and 24 inches long. We can handle all types of metals and plastics and even work with forgings by creating our own soft jaws. In turning operations, we can hold tolerances of .005.

Our CNC Mills that are 4-Axis and 5-Axis Capable, MachineWorks Manufacturing can complement any of their turning/lathe operations and provide complete machining services.  Our highest mill table size is 50 on the X; 20 on Y; and 25 on Z. We are 5-axis capable and aim to be competitive while providing the highest quality. On our mills, we can hold tolerances of .001.

 Specializing in hydraulic fittings, valves, connectors, fittings, ferrules, manifolds, flanges and electrical components, manifolds, flanges and ferrules, valves and actuators and provide minor assembly work.  We have tools for producing serrations, internal and external threads, NPT threads, and internal grooves. These fittings can be made of a variety of plastics and metals including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass and Inconel.

In addition to providing complete machining services, MachineWorks Manufacturing can also take care of any or all outside processing needs that you may require. From Heat Treating and Welding to Anodize and Passivate, we will take care of all your outside processing needs providing you with a finished piece that is ready for its next assembly or final shipment. In addition to taking care of all outside processing needs, MachineWorks Manufacturing's strong management system will ensure that you receive all necessary certification and processes are done by only approved suppliers. 

A strong management system in place at MachineWorks Manufacturing will assure that your parts will be tracked during each operation and all outside processing with be documented and certification. Each job is carefully inspected at various stages to ensure it meets the print. 

When it comes to machining, we have the capabilities of using a variety of metals and plastics. We track and provide certifications for all of our materials we use and routinely administer spot check material testing. Our commonly used materials include:
